He walked into my office 11 years after his surgery and said, “do you remember me?”.I quickly pulled out his previous photos and said, ” Yes, I am waiting for you for 11 years and I have used your pouting photographs in my presentations to show how muscles are separated in cleft” .This is the only photograph in about a million photographs that I have where a child has shown such a good pout.
